Venture bought the apartment building my fiancé and I resided in, in September 2020. We had been there since October 2019- never been late with rent.They reassured us that we didn't have to move. However, one of our neighbors in December informed us that they are planning to put us all out by February. I contacted Jenny the property "manager" and she told us that those neighbors lied. In fact Jenny was the one who lied. On January 2nd we received a letter from Venture stating we had to vacate the premises by January 31st. How cruel, in the middle of a pandemic with only 28 days notice when we had been asking so we can prepare to move. We moved through the snow storm & Jenny Cattle played with my deposit and constantly harassed me. I had to contact the owner to receive my money. I wish nothing but the worse for this poorly ran company.

My husband and I moved in almost two years ago Into a side by side. We found the place on Zillow and immediately set up an appointment with Stacey. From the moment we met with her and she showed us around we knew it would be the right place for us. She was great with communicating the proccess and made us feel welcome and NEVER made us feel like we were someone she was just trying to get into the place for money. She always answered questions and still does. This is a great family home and town house and we couldn’t be happier to have our boys in a place that they love. I highly recommend venture property management if your looking to rent. Maintenance is always handled in a timely fashion when my toilet broke and they came out right away. Thank you for the great experience so far.

We rented from Venture for three years. Jenny has been wonderful to work since she joined Venture, and is a great asset for the company. She is very quick to respond to questions or maintenance requests. The updated tenant portal and Jenny have helped streamline communication and scheduling maintenance. We loved our duplex and particularly appreciated that we weren't charged additional monthly fees for our cats, which seems to be rare for renting in the area. Overall, we would recommend renting from Venture.

I find working with Venture to be a great experience. I feel they are professional and have been responsive anytime I have called or submitted a maintenance request. In addition, the team has been very curious and friendly. I have worked with Jenny and Stacy, and again, they have been friendly, curious and understanding.

Their response was great, Jenny was my primary contact and tried to help me out as much as she can and it was pleasant talking to her. But as a property management company, they are very dubious with false charges quoting made up terms and conditions to charge you money for what management was responsible for. Their building wiring was bad (check by professional) where we got charged extra for our lease term for no reason and they didn't do anything about it after numerous requests, water bill was bad, basically except gas everything is messed up there in utilities. After Katz, Venture property management is what I will stay away from for life. Again, Jenny's integrity is commendable as she indirectly accepted all these issues but can't really do anything about them. Hope you are put in a good place where your talents can grow better Please be ethical and moral and do not cheat people. We earn money just like you do with effort and hard work p.s: Stacy, you are a very unpleasant person
