My 1st visit to Venus Hair & Beauty. Excellent service. Very clean and a very warm welcome. My decision to choose Venus and ask for Yvette was the excellent reviews she had. And l wasn't disappointed... She has fantastic skills; not just in cutting and styling but also in her ability to communicate and connect. She understood my anxieties and restyled my long hair short... Super happy

A warm greeting followed by a glass of wine. Sat in the flamboyant empty Egyptian waiting room and led to a private room (Venus has only private rooms). All staff wearing masks and visors. Felt very safe in the Covid era. Delightful head massage and care taken to understand what I want and what I needed. Lovely experience.
Absolutely love going to Venus. Used to go years ago but switched hairdressers for a while. Never had as good service elsewhere though and after a particularly bad experience elsewhere, I decided to return to Venus. The atmosphere and separate, private rooms are great and my stylist Yvette is lovely and brilliant. She listens carefully to what I want and is currently helping me to grow my hair whilst keeping it healthy. She also cuts my partner's hair and he enjoys it too despite being nervous when getting his haircut. All the current restrictions in place everywhere due to the virus make me very nervous and anxious and the whole team (and especially Yvette) were very understanding of this and put me at ease. So much so that I could enjoy being pampered. Definitely recommend Venus and Yvette.
Yvette made me really comfortable. It's great having your wash and cut all in one chair. Most importantly, I LOVE my hair! Thank you!
I would highly recommend to any lady out there! Brilliant service .. warm and friendly welcome by all .. refreshments .. personal room.. and best of all a professional hair cut ! Tried others wouldn’t go anywhere else now ! And a big thank you to Yvette !! I’ll be seeing you soon .
