Dr. Alicea was the ONLY local doctor that answered her phone on a Saturday outside of business hours. I had a concern about a floater in my eye and was uncomfortable about waiting until Monday to be seen for this problem. Dr. Alicea was very accommodating and met me at her office. She gave me a thorough eye exam, and was able to confirm the floater diagnosis and put my mind at ease. She was personable and very friendly. I would highly recommend her!

I just found myself a great new eye doctor! The entire experience was wonderful. They offer flexible scheduling and Saturday appointments. They are friendly and courteous and I was seen at my appointed time. That alone was enough to gain my loyalty but on top of it, the doctor has a wonderful bedside manner and expertly diagnosed my vision problem. Their onsite optometrist is another reason I love this practice. He did a fantastic job fitting me with the perfect pair of glasses, gave advice on the different features I could choose from, didn't try to oversell me, and was very patient. Also, he was extremely efficient in processing the insurance. This guy really knows his stuff. Within a week I had my new glasses and can finally see clearly. I wish all of my health/medical providers were this good. If you choose this practice, you'll never leave!!!
