I went in with my cousin a few days ago so he could look at a car they had for sale. It was around 5k. We were treated just as great as I am when I purchase a brand new vehicle. There was no pressure. The salesman was Noah and he was very forthcoming about the vehicle, did a test drive, offered a warranty and was concerned with us as people and not just a buyer. Chad was the finance guy and he is super experienced and got us in and right out. This is a 5 star business and it really does show. I will look there first for any vehicle from now on!

I was very pleased with my experience. Trace, my salesman, was very knowledgable about the vehicles we looked at. He figured out my needs and budget and gave me recommendations based on that. He took the time to demonstrate all features on the vehicles we looked at, and made sure I knew how to use those features. There was a small issue with one of the lights that was discovered as I was almost going to take the car off the lot. The team took care of the issue and delivered the vehicle to me free of charge. I was impressed with this integrity! The financing experience was painless. As this was my first time financing a vehicle, I was not familiar with the process. Chad, the finance manager, explained everything to me clearly. From the moment I got to the lot, my experience with all staff was very warm and welcoming, even those that I did not work with directly. Veracity is a \smaller\ dealership compared to some, and with that comes attention that you do not get at all dealerships. My experience could not have been better, and I highly recommend Veracity.
