Clean and secure what you expect of a decent terminal

Horrible customer service. The bus lost my bags and the terminal security was extremely rude. They kept typing on a phone in Spanish “tradition”. I don’t know what that is supposed to mean.

Very nice station and busses. Bring change. Baño costs 6 pesos. The busses have phone charging stations at each seat. Bring your cord. Very good online app for reservations
