This place is un professional I graduated years ago and misplaced my diploma tried multiple times to reach the office no one seems to ever pick up the phone, I was told there will be a 100 fee for a copy of my diploma which I had no problem paying ...spoke to Mr. Cruz requested for it to be ready for me !! Came all the way downtown to pick it up ,and the office was closed ! The sign on the door said they were open from 1pm -9pm i got there at 4 pm and there was no sign of anyone or no sign on the door explaining the closure a complete waste of my time ! Super un professional unable to respond messages or give people directions !! It has been a complete headache when all I need is a copy of my diploma my employment is on the line THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE !!!
