RECORD EVERYTHING! The leasing office WILL scam you. When I moved in my unit was fulllll of roaches, the water is shut off at LEAST twice a month with no notice. There’s broken glass everywhere and homeless people live in the parking lot. The office is horrendous they don’t answer phone calls and maintenance is the same. My shower ceiling fell in once and they just nailed cork board up and left it for months. I finally got away and they charged me 200 in move out fees. I disputed and they said they would reduce the charge (amazing right??) instead they filed with a debt collection agency and started declining all my calls. I have them recorded thankfully knowing this complex deals this way. Oh and the “gym” has a cracked leaking unplugged TV that’s been there for a year, nobody cares there.

We move to this apartment on July 2020 we love The apartment it's peaceful . The manager is awesome and professional she knows how to treat well her resident
The maintenance staff is very friendly. The finishes in the kitchen are nice. The property is beautiful. We had an issue with our floors and the staff was quick on the issue to make sure they get fixed. Alec is awesome, he came over to make sure the contractors came by too. Overall happy with my experience so far.
ACTUAL RESIDENT: I have been a resident of Verde for about a month now and so far I have had a good experience. They are quick to fix anything. The apartments are spacious. The complaint that I do have is that the garbage is far from the side I live on. It would be nice if there was one on this side. People end up using the one by the mail area and it fills up with trash. Also the laundry machines are terrible. I have to go to the laundry mat. Per the girl who complained about parking. Not sure why the person she visited didn't tell her it was tow enforced. Quite frankly since the time I been here I seen many people without permits parked and my boyfriend works late so when he gets home he has to park far because of people like her.
