To put things in context, I've been working for several months in a fairly remote area in the suburbs of Montreal. First of all, it's the only cab company on the island that agreed to pick me up there. Since then, I call them every day in the early afternoon to specify the time I want them to pick me up. Most of the time Christina answers when I call. She always seem in a very good mood as she recognizes my voic and simply validates my pick-up location. It makes calls short, efficient and tinged with such a good vibe that I almost feel like I'm calling an old friend. Twice I called later than usual in the late afternoon. Each time I came across different people, who didn't seem to have my history in front of them (probably out of laziness because Christina has all my information each time so I'm guessing there must be a database linked to my phone number). They were very unpleasant, wanted me to believe either that the area I'm in was not served by their services - although I've been using them for several months - or that I couldn't book my taxi in advance. I argued and they ended up letting it go and coming to pick me up. When I called Christina the following week to set up the pick up time, I told her about it, she sounded outraged and advised her superiors so that it wouldn't happen again and followed up with me about it. In conclusion, I imagine that all experience is intimately connected with the person at the other side of the phone: Christina's friendliness had a lot to do with mine being great. Nevertheless, I'd like to point out that I've been nothing but respectful and kind to her and I see her mirroring this behavior. If more people tried addressing other with kindness, their experience might get better :) Moreover, the cabs are 9 times ahead of time out of 10, which is very convenient when you want to leave work a little earlier.

Quite frankly the worst customer service. If you can't be courteous to people, you are working the wrong job. For whoever's in charge. I called Wednesday july 15 at around 2pm and the employee working then was extremely rude and hung up on me. I have the call recorded which I will gladly share. I will NOT recommend this company.
This is not a prideful taxi company. Their phone operators dont even bother to say anything, and hang up the call before you're even finished speaking. Sometimes they come, sometimes they don't. You take your chances. Once or twice, I was told they wouldn't have a car for me for another 20 minutes, due to weather. I'm okay with that, but you don't have to yell it at me on the phone, like I've done something wrong by calling.... So I switched. Much happier now with kind, courteous phone operators and drivers.
Rude service, and the same company as a second number listed in Lasalle. They don't accept to reserve cabs, so don't bother if you need a reliable departure time to organise your travel. Dispatcher hung up on me after letting me know I'd \just called her\ at their second business number. Don't set yourself up for double the bad service.
