I was misinformed so many times concerning my brothers Urn. I was told by the gentlemen that his urn would be in within 2 days and he would call me. No call came so I called them only to be told by a women there that my brothers Urn would be going to the Actuel funeral home we chose. When my sister called we were told that the gentlemen at yves legare sent it to the crematorium . Called back and know one even apologised for the mix up. I will never recommend yves legare to anyone, over priced and not professional at all. Actuel was honest and apologised on behalf of legare.
