We have been working with dakis for over 5 years and they have been a great partner both online with our website and In store with our kiosks. We have seen many retail solutions over the years and we have found dakis to be the most reliable and easiest to use. The service centre has been great as well usually getting back to us within an hour or so to help fix any issues we may have. In a business that moves fast with technology always changing they seem to be up to date with the current tech and delivery seem less service. Great experience! Took a while to learn the technique -- best to choose a cluster of photos for each page, upload them, settle on the layout by number of pics and then preferred design. Pics can easily be swapped, zoomed, cropped, and pages moved around. Dakis support was wonderful, quick, attentive, human(e) and very helpful! One drawback is that the file will vanish after 90 days-- so unless you plan to make more copies within 3 months, you will have to start all over again--or I suppose you could scan the photobook (if you did not give it away) in a more distant future.
