Staff is very helpful, honest and welcoming. I always found the perfect piece of jewellery I needed. They have nice jewellery to meet every budget. They perform any kind of jewelry repair; in a timely manner. The store is easily accessible by metro, bus or walking. Highly recommend.
The owner operators are passionate, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service, initially. Unfortunately I am giving a one star because my deposit has been stolen. I made a deposit on a watch, which they ordered for me. I decided not to buy it, and I asked for my 50 deposit back in cash. Ultimately, their policy is no cash refunds, only credit notes. I am being denied the credit note because the owners are accusing me of orchestrating three bad reviews by people I do not know. They will not return my money unless I find these three random people and get them to take their bad reviews off. Is this even legal? It feels like I am getting 50 stolen from me. At this time I am not even sure that they didn't put those bad reviews up themselves as a way to justify keeping my 50? Or maybe it is just really poor decision making? I would have gladly purchased 50 worth of jewelry. Now it's just a lose lose for both parties.
