Poor customer service. The head accountant takes you for an idiot all the time with his rude sarcasm. It takes intelligence to have a sense of humor and he doesn't have it, so the experience at this place is not recommendable overall

- Saturday: submitted my file , they said I'd have news beginning of the week. - Thursday, no news yet, I called and they seemed to have hard time finding my file. They seemed to find that funny. They called back to say they found my file and I'd have news within 24h. - Saturday (1 week later), still no news again. Went to their office. They had hard time to find my file again. Took my stuff and went to a serious place.
