They need to work on their customer service skills. They could be friendlier, or act as if they wanted your business.

This is what you call perfect service. Michel was available immediately, came right on time. Looked at the tv and sat down with us to explain in detail the problem, the costs, the reason for the costs and recommended what we should do. We ended up selling our tv the same day for pieces, because the repair would have cost the same as buying a new tv. He recommended the best place to go buy a tv. For someone like me, who likes to understand everything and likes details, he was really the perfect person to call for this. I normally ask a million questions but in this case Michel explained everything before I could ask. If only we could rely on this kind of thorough service in every area of life, we'd be set! Merci encore Michel

The guy left my house with my tv part saying he would try to repair or promising to order a replacement part. He tells me to follow up with him by text. Two weeks later, he gets back to me saying he will order the replacement part. Then three weeks passes by with three more texts from me with no answer to finally say screw it let’s call him. Part is backorder, nothing available. Thanks, great customer service enjoy the 60 for checking it out and wasting my time. Moral of the story, just throw out your tv and buy a new one.
