Yesterday was my first time seeing an Osteopath. The entire space at Hakini is tranquil and relaxing. Philippe Leduc is an incredible practitioner. He made me very comfortable and demonstrated great skill and thoughtfulness in his approach. His positivity is contagious and he is someone with a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. The benefits were immediate and the lack of mobility I’d been experiencing my entire life was remedied. I look forward to my continued work with Philippe and recommend him to anyone who wants to cultivate more balance and comfort in their body.

Superb establishment! Easily accessible (bike, car, metro) A competent group of yoga instructors and therapists awaits in a peaceful setting! Made a new man out of me in just a few visits! Highly recommended!

Great place, recommend it to everyone. They offer great instructors and peaceful ambiance. I would be there every week if I could, I'll be coming back for the summer for sure.

I have been both to the osteopath clinic and the yoga classes. Both are priced very well, and the welcome room is so relaxing. Try and get their early to realax in the hammock. The yoga classes are like nothing in the city, they really know their stuff. The prof will show you exactly what to do, talk you through new poses, tell you what its doing for your body, give you modifications at the start (so you do not feel embarrassed to ask for modification). They also have many workshops, a series that will teach you yoga basics and deepen your practice with theory. Hakini also has a wall with ropes. If you have never done downward dog with ropes, your missing the next level of practice! They are so good at adapting to you, and adjusting to your needs that they actually convinced my 64 year old father to start practicing yoga. They have a chalkboard and a spine that is often use in classes to teach you more.
