Straight to the point
The most efficient reliable service I've ever had as regards my borehole...we have HAD problems for 2 years after fitting new pump..locals have been called with no effective result!!After 1 phone call..Rainmakers came to access the problem..within 24 hours my borehole problem was FINALLY SOLVED!!.Pulled up the pump..fixed it.. reinstalled...installed new control box ...Wow!! FANTASTIC STAFF AND SERVICE!!Tks Mrs Van Aardt.Eikenhof.
my experience with Rainmakers was horrible, first of all they showed up to my house without an appointment, I had called them earlier requesting their assistance, they were yet to confirm their availability, the next thing I knew they were at my house fortunately I was home on that day. Weeks after that first visit was now struggling to get them to finish what they started, every time I called the story change from “we were at your house tried to call you but you were not available so my guys left” (which was a lie) to “don’t worry will call you back”, I personally went to their store in VERENEEGÌNG to get answer and it turned out that I’m pushy, just need to be patient “‘ we are extremely busy, as soon as my guys are done we will give you a call”.
