My husband and I are currently in the process of building a home with Veridian. The process has been really enjoyable and educational. It began when we decided (on a bit of a whim) to stop in one of the model homes and met Veronica. We were impressed with the home, and really with Veronica's great warmth and service. Our plan selection process started not long after that. Veronica continued to be our go-to expert and we have greatly appreciated her charm, honesty and professionalism. We also worked Michaela as our designer. Michaela is bright and totally on top of things. She helped us make \our decisions\ by guiding us with her expertise. She also has a great personality and sense of humor. Our interactions with Connie, the lighting specialist and even outreach from the Bruce Company regarding our landscaping has been truly outstanding. We haven't met our builder yet, but so far everyone involved in the Veridian Homes process as been outstanding - clearly each of them takes pride in customer service and the product they represent. We look forward to breaking ground in a few days and continuing our build process with Veridian!

After viewing 40 houses we were fortunate enough to be introduced to Veridian Homes. Our experience with Veridian was better than anticipated. Of the many horror stories that accompany a home build; ours was fun, exciting, and an informative experience. From the initial home search with Veronica, the material/color selections with Michaela, and our personal builder Dave; Veridian was there every step of the way. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to be as involved as possible. Of course there are always hiccups with a project of this size, but the Team at Veridian was always there for us. They use quality materials and great contractors (shout out to Automated Arts!!) and the job came in on budget and on time. The only issue we had was with the appliance vendor, but Dave and Veronica followed up when I needed help. Thank you Veronica, Michaela, Dave, and Veridian Home...we love what you have Dunn for us.

I can only describe our home building process as “exceeded expectations.” From the staring process working with Scott Kraemer, he made sure we understood every detail of the home buying experience to our designer Lyndsey Johnson. Thank you for letting me share my 30 Pinterest boards and giving us the look we wanted within our budge. And that fireplace!!!! Finally working with Kyle Russell has been an absolute pleasure. Kyle was with us from the start of the build and continues to make sure our needs have been met post build. His expertise mixed with his genuine care about your build set this experience beyond what we could have imagined. Scott, Lyndsey and Kyle have all been so curious, helpful and most of all friendly. I also want to say thank you to all 3 of your for always wearing masks and making us feel “safe” throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough good things and we would highly recommend Veridian Homes.

Built our home with Veridian, it was a great experience overall. They care about the client, are very responsive, knowledgeable, willing to collaborate to make your dream home a reality. All concerns we had were addressed promptly and efficiently. They make it incredibly easy as everything is rolled into your mortgage and they are very up front with cost / enhancements. Worked with Norman in sales, Bree in design, and Richard as builder - all were great experiences and would recommend them to anyone.

Prior to our lawn being installed we met with the Bruce company and our builder. Veridian has temporary storm water drainage walls in the undeveloped area of our neighborhood. Since we have moved in they have failed to prevent the storm water from running down the entire neighborhood into the new phase of 4 homes. We informed both companies of this prior to them finishing our lawn. We suggested they put up a temporary rock wall like they do everywhere else to prevent the storm water flow. Once they develop the row of houses behind us this problem will be taken care of. But since a road isn’t in place with drainage several acres of storm water is flowing through my yard. We will never be able to keep our lawn in tact. It all washed out. I told them this would happen as every rainfall since March this has occurred and they ignored me. This should not be a new home owners responsibility to manage a developers water flow problems.
