Paul the employee and the only person in the store was rude, could and would not answer a simple question. Repeatedly stating that tutorials were not part of the service while the virus was in effect. He asked me to leave the store. I am a Verizon customer, have purchased 3 phones from this site and will not be an advocate of this business.
