They keep trying to contact me to collect a debt which I do not owe. Better to not take their calls and just stay away from them. Dammers.

This is pathetic! I am receiving the same email over and over stating I have payments still left to make to amazon. The first time I received the email, I already made the payments and again the next day I repeatedly get the same email stating I still need to pay money after making the payments immediately through your portal and send a proof email with the payment attachments and yet your response is to send me an email stating I have payments to make . I have already sent the proof of payment through the Paigo payments portal and yet I receive the same email. As far as I know, when a payment is made through your portal, the information will be registered from your side. I tried contacting the customer service, to no avail. Terrible customer service! After sending direct emails showing that payment has been made, I still receive the same email to my annoyance. Kindly be responsible for the emails sent after payments are made.

Paigo, maybe you will answer me here ?! I received from you an invoice for a fine which I have paid before! I wrote you an email (service.at.Paigo.com) - no answer. Called you to the phone number which was mentioned in your letter - wrong number. Called you to another one - no answer. Could you please provide here your email on which I will get the answer ? Thank you.

Scammers, got my amazon account blocked saying that one order was not paid. I was shocked and checked my bank account. Guess what? Everything is paid and fine. Jet my account is blocked and paigo are ignoring my e-mails for months. Disgrace, poor managed company.

Wow, what a bunch of incompetent people! They made mistakes all along the way, tried to make me pay hundreds when I only had to pay 7 euros.. It took 3 months for them to finally correct their mistakes, and mores that 10 emails sent, and 5 long calls...and still, at the end, not only did they wasted my time, but I also ended paying more than I had to... absolutely disgraceful!

Got fined by Sbahn Berlin, complained regarding the fine and never got the answer from them (14 days period for payment of the fine stops when filing a complaint). After a few months I found out that answer to my complaint was sent to wrong address, because ticket control guy is apparently blind and therefore I never received it. I did receive the letter from Paigo tho, informing me that I own 6084 for the debt. After explaining the situation, they send me the settlement letter to pay 60 and debt will be erased as a goodwill. On the Paigo portal it was also shown that debt was cancelled and only 60 was supposed to be paid to them. I paid that amount because I just wanted this circus to end. But surprise, surprise ... after logging into the portal after a few days, the amount of 84 is back again. Wrote the email, no answer yet. It's a very bad game they're playing.

After receiving a letter about some debt I owned to Paypal, I called them and they requested me to check with PayPal. Paypal told me there is nothing to be found. After I called Paigo again, they changed the amount of money I "owe" them. Long story short – there was a mistake in their system. Paypal didn't have any open payment issues, while Paigos system didn't catch up to those of Paypal, since both are apparently working with different systems. I am expecting an apology.

Employees giving wrongful information about payments and debts. Incompetent and unprofessional, should be investigated for fraudulent money scam. Overpaid money is not being paid back to the (ex-)debitor but kept by the company making dubious claims not backed up by the actual court decision. Regarding paigo's answer: these things have already been brought up to Paigo, who was flat out deniying any wrong doing and insisting that any notes made by their employees were absolutely true. Mind that there were factors like the length of the telephone conversation that was way too short for all the information the employees pretended to have given me. And I am still waiting for my overpaid money. So, their 'upsetness' is unbelievable and as false as probably the majority of their demands.
