What an experience!! Its one of those, \you have to go there\ kind of restaurant. Please please go there and enjoy your meal! Basically anything you order will be great! Top your meal off with some banana foster. Now, let's talk about the staff. What an amazing group of people. Very attentive, very kind and very detailed. They explain the food very well. Also, they know how to take great pictures of your group! Loved the experience!

The only thing I didn't like about Chez Francois was the Beef Wellington. Everything else was great, the staff was what you would expect at a restaurant like this, and everything else about the experience knocked my socks off. The pastry on the Beef Wellington was doughy. I've never had it before, so I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but apparently it should be flaky. It didn't taste good. Everything else was spot on, though.

Everything we tasted was delicious. The food was creative and very tasty with excellent presentation, reasonably priced too. Our server, was very knowledgeable and friendly, attentive but not overly so.

So I was very impressed with this restaurant. I've been to many high rated restaurants around Cleveland, and they are not worth the hype. Chez Francois not only impressed me with service, but the many delightful dishes where impressive as well. Every ingredient was dancing on my tongue with celebration. I love French food from all regions. This is by far one of my favorite five from around the world.
