College Park Motors has the best customer service we have ever experienced at a dealership. College Park staff responded to our inquiries immediately, with expertise and professionalism. The service provided by Larry, Joanna and Alyssa is everything you would expect from a dealership. We were struggling with getting follow up service from a few big city dealerships. So we decided to reach out to College Park Motors, which is a few hours away from our home. College Park responded to our inquiry immediately. They followed up with additional photos, texts, took our calls and provided a quote. College Park accommodated our schedule and we drove out to Vermilion for a test drive. We loved the truck and bought it within the hour. This all happened because we had been provided with the information we needed in advance of our arrival. This is how great service works! I just bought my very first new vehicle last week. Everyone in the building was really friendly and professional. Joanna was really great to deal with because she worked really hard to find me the exact vehicle that I wanted and brought it in so I could buy it here. She kept me updated on the whole process and it seemed like she was so excited with me and for me instead of just caring about a sale. Donna was also great to deal with, she had all my paperwork highlighted in places I needed to sign, she explained everything to me, and she kept everything organized. Next time I buy a new vehicle I will be going back to College Park!

Such an exceptional experience at this family owned and operated dealership. From the initial phone call to inquire about a vehicle to the delivery right to my house in Edmonton was pleasurable. Friendly and very accomodating. Joanna helped get me a great deal for a vehicle. I called in on a vehicle just before she closed. Made an offer and by the next morning she managed to make it happen! Alyssa made the paperwork seemless and efficient. The delivery driver was friendly and right on schedule. Lots of communication to ensure I knew what to expect.
