Very inviting and welcoming to new comers. I usually have a hard time trying out new places because I don't like what isn't familiar to me. In saying that all of those feelings were squashed as soon as I walked in the door. The instructor walked me through everything from where to hang my coat to walking me into the space and right to an open mat with everything I would need for that class. The class was good for any level of experience with great guidance from the instructor. Loved everything about my experience. Ps. Hot yoga on a chilly winter day is pretty fantastic. So Toasty!
