I, along with my family, booked the room online and came to Vernon from Vancouver. We reached there around 9 pm and were so shocked by seeing the room upon our arrival. The motel room we rented was absolutely not standable, everything was dirty, and the bed and towels were all torn out. We were so disappointed with going to this, not even a 1-star motel. The toilet flusher was broken, and I had to fix it myself, the hairdryer was broken, toilet door handle and lock were broken .... we couldn’t even use the toilet...I NOT recommend this awful place for anybody. I already took pictures of this motel room and am going to report that to health BC and other related authorities. This is absolutely scam by posting the unreal photos on the internet to attract people to this disastrous place. I enclose the photos I took from this awful suite.

Awesome customer service. Another hotel lied to me and l drive all the way here with my animal from out of town. I was welcomed with open arms, it had been along day. I really appreciate them for saving me. Very clean rooms, very friendly snd a life saver..... I really appreciate them snd highly recommend this hotel Amazing people!!!!! They care about you!!!! Thank you for saving me after along drive!!!
Pleasantly surprised. GREAT BEDS!!! The place was pretty good. The room was as clean as any motel style that has a door outside. The bathroom was clean, the beds were clean and insanely comfortable. The housekeepers were phenomenal. The manager is VERY polite and professional as was the gentlemen behind the front desk. How many managers do you ever see helping the housekeepers. This one did. Liked it soo much we even requested an extra room and wow was I impressed. The room (206) had a kitchenette and looked brand new!! Highly recommend for the price and I will be coming back!!
Our clean room and the excellent gentleman inn manager have made our family stay great. Many moms can appreciate when their kids are loud, a polite and understanding manager is marvelous! Thankful

First off walked in the room and it looked ok so far went to go take a bath there were towels with stains and holes then noticed the shower head wasn't falling off literally shower falling apart then there was not even a plug for the bath went to go turn on the tv the tv was broken then to climb in bed to notice a lot of long brown and black hairs which I have short hair so not mine the bed skirt was gross and dirty the only clean thing to sit on was the chair the closet was falling apart great price but not even worth that if I had known about how un clean this place was I wouldn't have had a shower so my fiance and I could have gotten all of our refund back not only that but rude staff as well who didnt even care about the cleanliness of the room
0/10!!! No Manners in Staff. My friend was showering and the light is gone!!! How do you expect someone to shower with no lights!! This hotel was very unprofessional and there were also cockroaches in my room. When we complained the staff members were like "you guys bought the cockroaches with you and it's not our fault. And the staff members also discriminated us and our culture too! Just don't get me started on the bathrooms, they smelled like urine. Later we started the microwave to warm the food and the electricity was gone. And one more thing we complained to the owner and he said " OK don't freak out, I'll buy 6 pizzas and just don't tell the police or write any bad reviews on Facebook, or Google. Honestly speaking, I really didn't like the hotel and I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. And I also forgot to add that the pictures they showed on the website were totally copied from Comfort Inn hotel and was totally FAKE!! JUST TO ADD: THEY DO NOT GIVE BREAKFAST
I paid 190! 150 for the room and an additional 40 on top of that for a dirty stained sheet that was there when I got there. Which is why I used my own blankets. WASTE OF MONEY. Horrible stay. Also was told we could swim in the pool yet there was a green layer on top of it. I wasted 190 for a horrible stay. DO NOT STAY HERE. I got charged for a “red” stain on the sheets that was already there when I arrived.
