I saw Chrystelle at Landmark District Counselling Services. She helped me look at a number of things in my life that were no longer serving me. Some days when I was just so confused and so riled up, she would just listen without interrupting or gently offer a visualization exercise to transition my energy to calm again so that I could get back to rational thinking.
