After going to a woman in Vernon who had fleeced me of over 1000 in electrolysis fees and whose work had no effect on my hair growth, I eventually had to face reality and find a proper practitioner. Nicole was it. She charged me a modest fee and took care of my hair growth after about 10 visits, which was a drastic reduction in time and money compared to what I was paying before. I also found Nicole to be very personable and honest about what I should expect in terms of her service and her fees. I can't recommend her enough.
