I love this place! Definitely the best Charley's location I've visited. First class customer service and excellent food that's always made fresh just for you. All team members are friendly and helpful & the manager is a very cool guy. I always get a great meal and leave knowing my business is genuinely appreciated. On a side note, the Charley's app is a worthwhile download - an easy & great way to get special deals and earn rewards.

Charleys never disappoints. Employees here are so kind and inviting. They freshly prepare every order using only quality meats and veggies. The bread is Always soft and light. I recommend trying their fresh lemonade with your meal. Thank you Charleys-Vernon Hills, you guys are unbeatable!

This place is awesome! I've been here with my friend 3 times and the manager remembered us the second time even though it was a few months after the first time. The chicken California is so good it sends me to a different plane of existence. I love it here.
