I went to check this store over the weekend, I had my baby with me and I asked if there were family rooms or feeding stations. The girl didnt know but she immediately offered a fitting room to feed my baby. The store was clean, I ended up buying several items. They have good sales and almost all sizes. I was very surprised how helpful they are since people have something against breastfeeding and baby changing stations. As a new mom I felt welcome and taken care of.
If i could id give this store a 0!! I love the cloths at charlotte Russ!! But i hate the store in vernon hills!! There are 2 girls that work there everytime i walk in and they are there they are talking walking around the store talking instead of asking if they can help or anything ! There are other employees that are working and doing their job but those 2 girls are just horrible! And more then positive one of them is a manager because im sure if they werent and there was a really manager they would tell them to work! It literally bugs me becaus everyone can be super busy but those two girls always talking are never helping.... i had to vent it it out!! I hate going to this store because those two girls bother me that everyone else is busy helping and working and those 2 talking and not working! I LOVE CHARLOTTE RUSS THOOUGH!!
Nice clothes.. Is just very messy when you go in
my daughter likes to go shopping but the last 2 times she says they were following like she was going to steal something
