I went in looking for a smaller SUV after my daughter was in an accident and I had to replace my car. The sales staff were great to work with. Easy to take vehicles on test drives, give you the time to think through your choices, and made financing very easy right on site. Prices were affordable and the interest rate was very appealing. Even now when I go in for a service the staff are super friendly and helpful. My very favorite part of the service appointments is knowing my car will be clean inside and out when I pick it up. Love the team at Hyundai! You guys and gals are fantastic

After dealing with 3 dealerships and being disappointed at their \sales tactics\ and games, we landed at Vernon Hyundai. We were extremely happy with their customer service. Kudos to Jared S. for being an excellent salesman and Josh M. for patiently helping us with the financing.
I just wanted to share my wonderful experience with Vernon Hyundai here. Firstly, my husband and I went in on a Friday just to take a look around and ended up walking out with a beautiful new Tuscon. They went above and beyond just with that experience while we were waiting for some funds to be released so we could buy it outright. Our salesman Jesse Nicholson was downright phenomenal! Went above and beyond with everything. Then when I wrote off that same car not even a year later Jesse and Josh in finance once again went above what was expected of them to insure that I got the vehicle of my dreams basically. I have had nothing but great service from the team there and I recommend anyone who is looking for great service and no bs to go talk to them. I can guarantee you will be happy with their genuine care and service. Thank you Vernon Hyundai for having wonderful staff and great care for your customers.
