Stopped in with a flat tire this morning on our way to an out of town appointment. They were able to get the tire fixed quickly in time for us to make our appointment. Service was very friendly and professional. In the past our experience with Kal Tire has been great and this was no exception.

I brought my daughter in law's Touareg in to have a wheel alignment done . When I went to pick up the vehicle the fob battery had died and we couldn't get the car to open . I was on a huge time constraint because I was picking my granddaughter up from kindergarten. Justin said his staff would get me a battery. He loaned me a car seat ( because hers was locked in the car)and got me to my granddaughters school on time and back to Kal Tire where another one of his technicians had changed to battery for me and had everything ready to go. Thanks again Justin and the Kal Tire guys for stepping up and helping me out.
