If I could give this business a 0 star rating, I would. I went in for a "consultation" that was booked for me at the Vernon location and the stylist didn't even know about it. I originally wanted tape ins which I was told would be in by the end of August but arrived at my consultation and was told they wouldn't have any shipped until September. I finally decided to have 18 inch microloop extensions done in a mix of two colours and that I should return in 2 weeks but needed to put down a 150 deposit. When I arrived at my appointment 2 weeks later, they notified me that not only were they not able to get 1 of the 2 colours in but that they also ordered the 22 inch extensions and would initially charge me the price of the longer length. The girl at the front desk was angry at me for changing my mind since not only was it not the length we decided but the colour didn't match my hair. She started to tell me "I don't understand why you're not following through" and when I asked if they could cut the extensions to 18 inches, she said "sorry we don't do that here". This was a complete mess up on the stores behalf and yet they have been telling me this is my fault so I will not be getting my deposit back. Honestly this store is such a rip off, the customer service is awful and I will have no problems telling my friends and family in the Okanagan area to never trust this company.
