Phenomenal, trustworthy, and excellent customer service!! Michelle's Florals far exceeded my expectations! I ordered flowers online. Michelle herself, was kind enough to call me to let me know that she had what I ordered, but the flowers may not open by the day of delivery. I really appreciated this because I never would have known! I was so impressed by her attention to detail and great customer service! She made a few suggestions and I left the decision making up to her. She did not disappoint! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful!

I ordered an arrangement online from Michelle's Florals to celebrate my son and daughter-in-laws marriage. Moments after placing my order I received a call from Michelle saying she did not have all the flowers in the shop for the arrangement I chose and she'd be happy to make something just as pretty. She asked me about the occasion and I shared that my son and his fiance had to put their wedding off this past April because of Covid-19 and they just really wanted to get married so they were \eloping\. Michelle seemed to really understand that I was happy for them but sad I would not be able to fly up from Austin to join them. She asked if I could wait a day to send the arrangement that she'd make something really special, and that, she did!! The kids received the arrangement yesterday and said the flowers were magnificent and the aroma was amazing. My son said the picture doesn't do it justice. I want to thank Michelle for taking the time call and explain about the original order I had placed and then to listen to me and understand what I wanted and came up with the perfect solution!
Highly recommend this florist. Our family has used this business for many years and we have not once been disappointed in their quality or style.
