It is always a pleasure bringing my car in for service at Scranton Motors. The Service assistant always stands up, walks from behind the counter and greets me with a warm welcome. My husband and I both had horrible experiences at separate car dealerships in the past so we were very wary when we walked into Scranton. James made the whole process very easy and was not pushy at all. He went out of his way to answer our numerous questions and make sure we understood what we were looking at. The meeting with Chris in finance went just as well and he went above and beyond by even lowering the purchase price of the vehicle so that they could meet the monthly payments offered by our bank. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience and we will be back when we need another vehicle!
