From start to finish, the crew at The Tile Guy were amazing. Erik, came to our house on a Sunday to get an eye for the project and give us a quote. The ladies in the showroom always greeted you with a smile and made time to help answer your questions. The management team was in constant communication with how things were going. The crew who came to the house to do the prep work, the actual laying of the vinyl plank and carpet were courteous, professional, clean and trust worthy. What surprised me the most was how, unless you knew the crew was there working, you'd never know they were there - quick, and always cleaned up after themselves so you wouldn't have to! Having gone through a massive home reno and using other companies, believe me, it was such a relief to know that when The Tile Guy was there, I always knew it would be done right! I will definitely be using The Tile Guy again and will always highly recommend this company.
