Internet is constantly down and getting it repaired it's like jumping through hoops. It might be better than HughesNet but if you have any other option I would recommend it.

I just called for service and they are incredibly suck at customer service. He said they don't cover Carbon Hill and then proceeded to tell me places to check and hung up when I wanted to repeat what he said

Internet went out. Took over a week to get an appointment. They said the equipment was old and un fixable. Then they charged me 400.00 for new equipment. I should have canceled service and called back as a new customer. So much for customer loyalty!!

I pay for the most expensive package which coats about 100 a month for 25mb. Which is pretty expensive, but I get it, I live in the middle of nowhere what can I expect. I wouldn't mind paying the 100 a month either but my 25mb is actually like 16mb and the wifi goes out probably once or twice a week AT MINIMUM. And of course they only work Monday- Friday 8-5 so if you have issues after that time, you can call the after hours line(if they feel like answering it). And if they do its always the same solutions. Unplug the router and the little box for 30 secs and try again. If that doesn't work you're boned for the next 24-48 hours or the next business day for someone to actually look into the issue. If you have issues during their office hours their customer service is pretty nice but seeings all their customers probably work til at least 5 everyday, catching an issue and being able to call is tough. I would'nt recommend this internet provider to ANYONE who has another high speed provider in their area. Unfortunately I don't have that option. Right now, as I type this review, I have speeds of 0.45 mbps down, 3.67mbps up.. I pay for 25mbps down.. I can't even update the weather on my phone. Complete trash.

The prices keep rising for the same terrible service. I call to report the slow service and they tell me that everything looks fine on their end. They tell me internet is like a faucet and I need to increase my package, I have done this 2x yet I have slow to no internet everyday during prime time. This is also when conveniently their offices are closed. Asking to have a tech out is impossible. The last time a tech actually did get sent out, he installed a new part for 200 that still does nothing. I am so tired of paying more but having the same level of service.
