It was great to work with Tony Karatzia on the purchase of my Porsche Cayenne S. Car buying is a sketchy thing at times and being an out of state buyer, Tony actually saved me from another dealer. Transparency is something that has been lost in the industry. Tony is a straight shooter when it comes to what he can and cannot do which made for an easy process. Anyone who just wants to make a deal and buy a car is the ideal customer for Tony.

Though we made an appointment 15 min ahead by phone. When going to the registra inside. She didn’t even notice we had the appointment. And we still need to wait at least 15 min. After the test drive for one of the model, the salesman didn’t give us a good price and reasonable explanations to compare the old 2020 and 2022. Feel somewhat disappointed.

5 star service from start to finish. I reached out to DCH Montclair via their website about trading in my Nissan for a BMW. Their response was only a few minutes later and i had an appointment set for the next week. I walked in with a pre approval for my bank and met Tony! Easily the best sales agent i ever met. He explained all my options. He was calm and knowledgeable and pushed me spend past my budget . I left a few hours later with my car, my plates and at a great price. I will come back to this location for my next car. Well done Tony

This place was very nice and cozy! The staff was actually pretty helpful especially our Sales Rep Fred! Very friendly dude. We bought a used 2017 Lexus that was in great condition and the price was fair. Would buy here again.
