I'm very impressed with the service I received from Nicole. I ordered a Willow Tree figurine for my mother for Mother's Day. However, the one that I ordered wasn't going to arrive on time. Nicole was willing and ready to give me a refund but did suggest another figurine that she could send out same day. I just received the package and my mom loved it. Thank you for your great customer service Nicole! It made me very happy to buy from a local business too!
I placed an order last evening and heard back immediately. Order was ready to pick up today with a courtesy phone call (not just an email) to let me know it was ready.
Here's a little story about why you should support local; I purchased a mug from her website and after being told it wasn't in stock, and my patience not the greatest, I asked for a refund as I'd found it on Amazon. Just a few days later, I received the product in more than 50 pieces as whoever shipped it took no care in wrapping it. They simply put it in an envelope and mailed it away. I even paid an additional 15 for this item to arrive at the earliest possible time. Lesson learned. Nicole so graciously emailed me to let me know the mug was back in stock and was a delight to deal with. She wrapped my mug as if it was her own and I received it in perfect condition.
