Called them in to service a Raeburn , we inherited in a recent house move , which hadn't been lit in years . James and his squad soon found the reason , the chimney was blocked ! After a camera survey and a lot of hard graft we were in business and the bill was very fair . I cannot speak too highly of this company and that includes their receptionist Sharon. Easy five stars .

James came out to remove a old log burner & supplied & fitted a new 1.service was great,very polite throughout,nothing was a bother,would totally recommend this company to everyone,explained everything ,paperwork etc all done.& no mess at all tidied up after himself.thank you again
went for advice for a wood burning stove for our conservatory. The staff were very friendly and owner very knowledgeable. He listened to us intently and actually talked us out of buying. He could have taken our money and installed something that wouldn't meet our needs but was very truthful and honest so we took his advice. Thank you for being honest with us...many wouldn't have been.
So happy with my new wood burner and sandstone hearth, fitted today. Brilliant service from start to finish; great selection of stoves and hearths in the showroom, staff very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
