I was facing some serious issues with my X-trail, the dedication & honesty shown by staff was very commendable. They really worked hard to chalk out the issue. Crew didnot let it go. One the best & clean work station I have come across. Naming the staff isn't appropriate, otherwise very impressed. Billing was smooth & fast.

Very bad people.They will increase the price of car according to their wish.and also said that they will not deliver on the date mentioned.it was only one week after the purchase of car and petrol leak problem started ,now they are saying that engine has to be replaced,it means the engine earlier installed was defective.now they said tomto they would not provide an alternative car and give car back after 15 days. I would say not to buy this one or from this showroom. The cake provided while delivery of car was totally sour. Very bad showroom

Worse Nissan Service Centre . They are lootera and don't provide service. Service quality is too cheap and no customer service at all. I would suggest not to use vertex nissan. Wastage of money and wastage of time.
