I hadn't Pole danced in about a year but used to for four years. The level was perfect. After the warm up, we spined around the pole a few times working on our inverted Vs. Then we worked on the shoulder mount and the dismount. That was really good. She also showed us dismount iguana style and we finished the class with an inverted Teddy Bear. 8 static poles, 40-45 mm, great space between the pole and really nice fluffy mats if required. Jana was fantastic! The students were amazing. To book a class, I DMed the Instructor and she gave me the right info. I purchased a class via the Mindbody app and she then registered me.

Love love love this place. I was looking for a PoleDance Studio and I ended up here. Its been two years now and I can say that I have progressed well and there are so many nice people here. I was worried that people will be competitive and mean but its a friendly and helpful environment. Prices are reasonable compared to other places and citys and they always arrange some special workshops or even photoshoots. Next to pole dance they also offer aerial yoga, aerial hoop, stretching, mobility classes and conditioning. I have a contract and as of Level Beginner and higher its definitely worth the price.

Leider gehe ich und meine Freundin nicht mehr hin, Grund dafür ist: Ich habe mir nen Betrag von Kursen gekauft die ich in 28 Tage absolvieren musste, auf Grund einer Show (Dreharbeiten) konnte ich leider die letzten 3 Kurse vor den 28 Tagen nicht tätigen, habe mit der Imhaberin getextet mit der ich vorher schon in Kontakt war. Auf Anfragen(mehrere Nachrichten) ob ich diese 3 stunden nachholen darf inkl Schilderung meiner Gründe bekam ich auf keinen der sozialen Medien eine Antwort. SEHR ENTTÄUSCHT!
