I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with AWS for around a year now through my work. It sounds funny calling them a ‘broker’ as they are the easiest company to deal with, always sticking to the specific time requests and delivery details at the time of booking. They offer very competitive rates. I would like to mention how easy the accounts team are to deal with. Always understand of any queries that may arise meaning they get resolved quickly. I also have to mention someone in the main bookings team- Emily. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with, makes us laugh on what may well be the most stressful of days (we sometimes argue about who phones for AWS as we all enjoy the conversations so much). As well as that she’s extremely efficient, ensues the correct level of service and will always rectify any problems (not that there are a lot) quickly for us. An asset to the company. We are able to use AWS if we require same day service and they keep you updated with ETAs regularly and we often get calls to check all is ok. If I could choose who to use on all my sites it would be AWS every time. Well done AWS- you are superb!
