I've had a fantastic experience with the Connells team in Verwood. I was on the market previously with another local agent and quite upset with the level of interest. Josh got in contact and was really helpful in getting me moved. He took over with the sale of the property and with a new approach got floods of people through the door. Matt has also been amazing and secured me a much better mortgage deal than I previously thought possible. Would recommend to anyone with a local house to sell, the team are all very genuine and there to help.

Good salesmanship but poor estate agents. That was the advise given to me by a friend before I decided to go with Connells and I wish I had listened. After a previous questionable experience a few years ago I decided to give them a go and how I regret it. Really poor advise given to us and I regret taking the bait. Convinced us to sell at auction which was a terrible idea and an idea that I questioned. I was told that things had changed and that it was "modern auction" yeah right. Also don't take the bait of the "premium service" its literally 270 down the drain and all for "professional photography and floorplans" have never heard of a professional floor plan before I must say. Also other estate agents are a lot cheaper apparently I was getting a "bargain" but when I got a few other agents in they were all over 1000 cheaper.
I rang to register my details as I am looking to purchase my first home and I have loved my experience with Connells in Verwood so far. Employee Josh, who has been particularly outstanding, has kept me up to date with every property that comes to the market, meeting all my requirements to a T. A friendly, attentive team that I have been thoroughly pleased with, 5 stars.
Very professional service and willing to go all out to help and advise you with your property search. A very courteous and competent team. I would recommend this particular agent for their client care, integrity and excellent sales skills.
Liesl at Connells has been an amazing help throughout the whole of my search for a property. We were relocating to the area and she worked so hard to understand what our requirements were, and especially the sort of areas that would suit us. This was invaluable as we were often unfamiliar with some of the places. She kept in touch regularly to see how things were progressing. A lovely person to deal with.
