I called County Appliance Care on Monday, and was booked in for Tuesday. Clive was here promptly in the time that was agreed up front. Took some time to understand the problem, then explained what he would do. An hour later, the dishwasher has been removed from the inbuilt unit, reviewed, fixed and put back together again. Problem solved! Clive was very professional and diligent. Explained what the problem was and said it was unlikely to happen again. He provided some hints and tips to make sure we didn't cause any other issues going forward. Great service! Will be recommending.
