I had an engineer call booked for between 8:00-9:00 depending on traffic. He (John) arrived on time, was very polite and caring about my home in that he was concerned at 1) marking my walls; and 2) concerned that he had to remove the boxing in I had had done. He left very few marks on the walls all of which have wiped off and he removed the boxing in as neatly as he was able. Both the decor and boxing in can and will be remedied by me which I am happy to do. All in all I was very pleased with the work done. It was also very good value for money.

Overall a very good service, good response time, friendly and did solid work, however it seems a brand new packet of razors seemed to vanish which was odd, yet chances are they may have fallen into their tool kit/box by accident due to how precariously I'd placed them on the window.

Job not done properly, left with a blocked sink and was told I needed someone else to do the job at extra cost. Considering it was the problem I had in the beginning it didn't get sorted. Payed for nothing and have to wait for a plumber. Should have got one in the first place...Would have saved paying twice....
