Best body shop I ever dealt with and I've used many in the past

Drove out and received a reasonable estimate for services. Set a date for services. I called prior to confirm service date. That's when all the excuses began. I called several times after and received more of the same. Never any returned calls. It's a shame as I was really hoping to get this work done.

This was my first experience to a body shop due to someone scratching the front end of my vehicle. Due to not knowing much about cars, I was very nervous to go through the process of filing a claim and the entire process. The staff, specifically Lauren Angie, was extremely helpful and made me feel like I was their #1 priority. They were extremely quick with repairs, and they were so friendly! Definitely the body shop to go to in Cleveland!
