I had purchased the wrong size storage unit online within minutes an operator/manager was upgrading me to a bigger storage unit and making sure I was satisfied with my unit. I would recommend them 100%. Prices seem fair, very clean, and the staff is polite. Also great location with 24/7 access.

Amazing experience with Vestal Storage!! They made it easy to obtain a unit when I needed one on extremely short notice, their prices were reasonable and the process was very simple. I like the fact that it’s 24/7 access, you don’t need a key because the access is all electronic, and if you like independence, this is the place for you! I ended up finding a new place to live just 2 days before my next billing cycle, they require you to give a 10 day written notice before closing out your unit/account, but I placed a call, they put in a request to management, and it was closed out just like that and they didn’t charge me for another month! I will most definitely do business with Vestal Storage again in the future. Thank you!
