VAC is the best. They have been caring for my pets for over 20 years. Every veterinarian on staff is very thorough and takes time to answer all of your questions. They are very caring as well. The rest of their staff is top notch.

VAC has been treating my furbaby since I rescued him three years ago. I recently fostered a German Shepard who came to me with a broken leg and I knew immediately I needed to partner with the doctors at VAC. The treating vet was three hours away. Dr. Brennan with VAC and her staff have been amazing with Hershey. They have taken over his care and are consulting with the initial doctor to ensure that the level of care and his treatment protocol is being followed without me having to drive three hours! Dr. Brennan always calls me and updates me on what she did and what she wants to do going forward. She puts Hershey's needs first and foremost and I know that he is loved and being given the best care possible.

Our dog, Callie is a 14 year old border collie. We thought she had suffered a stroke. Dr. Murphy quickly diagnosed her with vestibular syndrome and immediately began treatment. Callie stayed two nights. During that time we received 4 phone calls to update us on her condition. Dr. Murphy was thorough, thoughtful, kind and a good listener. We got to bring our Callie home! We don’t know how much longer we will get to have her with us, but we will always remember the kindness shown and the excellent medical care provided.

Dr. Murphy and the entire team of professionals at Vestavia Animal Clinic have provided exceptional care for our dogs for the past 16 years! They are consistent through the healthy times and have walked with us compassionately through the hard times. When our animals needed procedures, they explained every detail in a way that we could understand and we fully trust their recommendation for treatment. I have never once doubted their expertise or their desire to do what's best for our pet's specific situation. Our interaction with every person in the practice has been excellent starting at the the front desk and extending to the techs and to each of the veterinarians we have seen and consulted with over the years. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Murphy and team to our friends and family looking for a great team of veterinarians to care for their furry family members.
