Original post in 2018: Our new apartment building has Vestner lifts. It’s a catastrophe. From the very beginning the lifts are not working. Service is extremely bad. We have to wait days till they send someone to fix, and the lifts stop working again after few hours. Really frustrated and angry. Be very careful before you buy from Vestner. Edited in November 2020: After living with Vestner lifts for over a year, the situation has improved very much. Their service has become efficient. There have been few problems with the lifts in our apartment & they take care of repairs quickly.
