far as a transite station goes its number one no money no problem the orbit buses are ther you can ride them free all over Tempe (most of the time they run more often than city busses)
I love the metro! America needs more rail! That said, there are a few gripes I have. I wish the metro was gate access controlled. The ticket agents hounding you for your pass at every other stop is annoying! Also, I think this would cut down on the un-ticketed abusers who often offend or abuse riders. It would make for a safer ride.
Right now the Northbound stop is on the opposite platform to get picked up at to head towards 19th avenue and Dunlap
It's public transportation, but it is very speedy and timely. I hope they expand to the West Valley soon, as Phoenix council members have been promising to do for years now..
