Long story short, I came about the Veterinary Care of Cuba when our dog was starting to become ill. Dr. Jacobsen had worked with us trying to pin point what was happening with our beloved, Toby. She was amazing, kind, and just really cares and loves what she does. I have never met a kinder, Veterinarian. So smart too, and you want that from your pet's doctor. She is the only doctor my dog never tried to snip at. Unfortunately, the results were not good and it was time for us to say good bye to our 14 year old boxer mix. Dr. Jacobsen and the Vet Tech were so kind, and never rushed the process. I miss my dog everyday and had I known sooner there was such a great place, I would have taken him there sooner. I live about 35-40 min away and I will never go to another place. They now see my cat, Merlot. When the time comes for another beloved dog, I will only take them to Dr. Jacobsen. I hope she never leaves; only if its closer to my home
