I took my cat in for the first time this week, and I was really impressed with everything. She was sick and I was worried, so they managed to squeeze in an appointment for the next day even though things were pretty booked. I was able to text my records over to them and they had everything ready and in their system before the appointment. Pandemic vet care has been so stressful in the past, and I hate that I can't be there face to face during the appointment, but the team was really great about making sure everything went smoothly and that we were comfortable. I am so appreciative!

We brought our dog Wiley in for his first visit last week and had the best experience! He's a nervous pup at the vet, but Dr. Biasillo and Renee took such great care of him. We felt very safe with their curbside dropoff and they stayed in great communication with us while we waited. We are so glad to have found such an awesome vet in our neighborhood and know Wiley will always be in good hands with them.

Amazing staff, immaculate communication, thorough exams. I made the switch to Vet care of Ithaca from my other vet, after the wonderful experiences I had when bringing my partners animal with an unknown medical condition. They took good care of my cat, Blink. All of his visit was fully explained to me, and they gave me cost estimates before I agreed to anything. They are also responsibly following social distancing measures. I felt comfortable bringing my cat here!
