Apparently the start of this is really easy to find. However, we spent 3 hours trekking the down route. There’s contruction work at the moment and orange fencing along the route which has confused the starting point (we found others and weren’t the only ones lost!) To get to the start you have to walk the full way along the orange fencing. Do not be tempted to take one of the paths that lead left to the crag. The route is actually pretty well sign posted if you don’t try cutting in too early. We came back the next day to start again! It’s a really fun route that is quite tough in places as the rock is quite polished. If you can lift yourself up on your arm strength you can get out of the difficult area pretty quickly but you do have to use the railing for your hands. Would recommend not doing this on the first day of your holiday as we gained a fair few blisters on the ascent (we were wearing fingerless via ferrata gloves) maybe tape would have helped or longer gloves?! There’s an emergency exit route after the first difficult section if you do find it too hard. Views are beautiful! The descent through the forest path is rather nice. We came out by Ranzo, if you can find the big crucifix and head towards the little church. Go around the church you’ll find a route down that’s quicker than the road. The whole thing took us about 5 hours with a short lunch break.

Very nice. You need some experience. One of the hardest via ferrata you will find in Europe. Climbing shoes obligatory. Recommend this one for all experienced climbers out there. Takes some hours!
Very steep and exhausting but an awesome experience with an unique view !
